Job Summary To report to the RN, Manager Palmetto SeniorCare PACE, the Homecare Supervisor is responsible for the development and implementation of homecare services for program participants. Includes the coordination of nursing, PT, OT and ST services as well as Durable Medical Equipment in the community.
