About The Position

AS A REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR, you will provide clinical support and collaborate with the Nurse Manager and report to the Director of Nursing in all aspects of behavioral health. He/she is able to administer primary care for the adolescent, adult, and geriatric psychiatric patient and in response to the unit's need.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nursing License in the state of PA or Temporary practice permit
• Two (2) years of Behavioral Health experience preferred
• Healthcare provider (CPR) certification within 6 months
• Comprehensive Crisis Management certification within 12 monhts of start date
• Desire to develop Management skills and accept responsibility for departmental functioning with, and in the absence of, the department director
• Previous supervisor experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years of Behavioral Health experience preferred
• Previous supervisor experience preferred
