About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) - Subacute position is a per diem, night shift role located at Corona Rehabilitation Hospital in Corona, CA. The hospital, part of the Corona Regional Medical Center network, has a rich history dating back to 1965 and has evolved to meet the needs of a growing community. It is a 238-bed community hospital network that includes a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus, certified by The Joint Commission. The RN will report to the Director and/or Nurse Manager of Sub-acute Nursing and will be responsible for the assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation of patients' treatment plans, as well as providing education for patients' and residents' families. The RN will ensure the highest quality of care is rendered in accordance with Sub-acute standards and Policies and Procedures.
