About The Position

About the Role: Revv Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Stepdown unit in Southwestern New Hampshire. This 13-week night contract requires strong cardiac and acute care experience, working primarily with adult-geriatric patients. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, manage complex medical conditions including cardiac drips, and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. The RN coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient care personnel, maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. This role uses EPIC (EMR) for documentation and patient care coordination. The position requires flexibility, floating as needed, in a fast-paced clinical environment. Applicants must have reliable personal transportation, as public transport is not available in the area. Dress Code: Applicants must bring their own professional scrubs (no logo) Location: Southwestern New Hampshire Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Shifts: 4 x 12-hour shifts (48 hours/week) Start Date: March 30, 2026 Contract Length: 13 Weeks Pay: Up to $55/hour + stipend

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years Med Surg experience required
  • Cardiac drip experience required
  • Dementia management experience required
  • EPIC experience required
  • Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact License required
  • Active AHA BLS certification required
  • Active AHA ACLS certification required
  • Applicants must have reliable personal transportation, as public transport is not available in the area.
  • Applicants must bring their own professional scrubs (no logo)

  • NIHSS strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to Stepdown patients, including cardiac monitoring and management of cardiac drips.
  • Perform thorough patient assessments and document accurately in EPIC EMR.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and respond to changes in patient condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
  • Participate in patient and family teaching.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Float to affiliated units as needed.
  • Adhere to facility policies, compliance requirements, and scheduling expectations.
  • Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient care personnel to maintain professional standards.
