About The Position
TidalHealth is seeking a Nursing Home RN to provide full-service long term care, assisted living, and rehabilitation services at Alice B. Tawes Nursing & Rehabilitation Center/Chesapeake Cove Assisted Living in Crisfield. The Nursing Home RN will care for patients affected by illnesses, injuries, or conditions requiring extended intermediate nursing care and rehabilitation services. This role involves utilizing a wide array of skills such as IV therapy, IV antibiotics, wound care, and medication administration. The RN will work closely with a patient's full medical team to coordinate and implement a patient's plan of care, while also providing emotional support, guidance, and comfort to patients and their loved ones.
