About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Bayshire Carlsbad is a full-time role focused on providing professional nursing care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) during PM shifts. Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to Bayshire's values and standards of ethical behavior.
• Evaluates and monitors residents' condition and provides professional nursing care in accordance with care plan and doctor's orders.
• Coordinates resident admission, transfer, and/or discharge including completing appropriate forms and required documentation in accordance with government regulations and company policies.
• Performs assessment functions including identification of changes in the resident's physical or psychological condition (i.e., changes in lab data, vital signs, mental status).
