About The Position

Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Colorado
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
- Knowledge of clinical equipment (monitors, infusion devices, drainage systems)
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years of nursing experience preferred
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and regulatory requirements
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, including vital signs, lab values, and mental status
- Identify changes in condition and initiate appropriate interventions, including emergency response when necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and evaluate resident care plans
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain complete and compliant medical records
- Uphold company values, ethical standards, and quality of care expectations
