While patients and families are at the center of care, our nurses lead the team in developing individualized treatment plans that meet the patient where they are and ensure the plan is designed to meet the patient’s goals. Our treatment team is truly multidisciplinary, and is comprised of patients, nurses, social workers, recreational activity therapists, psychiatric nursing assistants, dietitians and Pastoral Care Counselors. Our therapeutic milieu is comprised of daily therapeutic group offerings, medication therapies, individual therapy, psychoeducation groups, art and music therapy, movement groups and family support. Our RNs also have the opportunity to act as nurse preceptors, charge nurses, and mentors for the many students who rotate through RRBH from various Universities.
