About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable RN to join our Resource Float Nurse Adult Med/Surg team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care across various units within our facility, ensuring that each patient receives the attention and support they need for optimal recovery.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of GA
• 1 year of nursing experience
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider status according to AHA

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in Adult Med/Surg settings.
• Float to different units as needed, providing support and expertise in patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and respond to changes in patient status promptly.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medication, and post-discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
