Our dedicated team provides customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored
to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury,
neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic
injury. We strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those
we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current Iowa RN License.
• CPR/BCLS certification required

Nice To Haves

• ACLS preferred
• CRRN preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
