The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care through
assessments, nursing interventions, documentation, and interdisciplinary
coordination, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
• Minimum six months of rehab experience and an acute care preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• This role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• Minimum six months of rehab experience and an acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify individual care needs.
• Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Deliver care appropriate to the condition and age of each patient.
• Document medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients.
• Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential.
