Join our team in a Rehabilitation where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs). You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential.
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
  • Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • CRRN preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • ACLS preferred.
  • CRRN preferred.
  • Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately perform patient assessments and identify individual care needs.
  • Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Deliver care appropriate to the condition and age of each patient.
  • Document medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients.
  • Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
