About The Position
To provide supervision of nursing care on the Rehab unit during assigned shift. To ensure the interdisciplinary plan of care is implemented and followed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as an RN and licensed in the State of Vermont.
- Clinical experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or med-surg preferred.
