About The Position

To provide supervision of nursing care on the Rehab unit during assigned shift. To ensure the interdisciplinary plan of care is implemented and followed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as an RN.
• Licensed in the State of Vermont.
• Clinical experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or med-surg preferred.
