About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Regional Float Pool. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands on acute patient care at the bedside. $20.00/hr Regional Float Differential Flexible PRN Schedule Seeking Experienced RNs Med Surg/ ICU, ED, Telemetry Position Specifics: o Department: Regional Float Pool o Core Function: Nursing o Schedule: PRN, Nights o Facility: St. Elizabeth's, St. Joseph's, Holy Family Hospital o Location: Southern IL - O'Fallon, Breese, Greenville, Highland

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse is required
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
  • Wisconsin: RNs may begin employment with a valid multi-state RN license; a WI RN license will be required within 30 days of establishing permanent residency.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
  • Certification in area of specialty is preferred but, in some cases, may be required to float.
