Requirements

  • Nursing Diploma in Nursing required or
  • Associate’s degree in nursing required or
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
  • 1 year of experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
  • RN – Registered upon hire required and
  • BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and
  • ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire required and
  • PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days of hire required and
  • A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • 2-5 years of emergency department or ICU experience strongly preferred
