Requirements

• State of Michigan RN license
• Two (2) years’ experience in quality management, patient safety, or regulatory activities.
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree
• Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)

Responsibilities

• Maintains regulatory, accreditation and certification requirements and processes.
• Conducts performance and process improvement activities through consultation, development of performance measures, education, chart reviews, root cause analysis, data collection and analysis to achieve safety and quality goals.
• Analyzes data, develops presentations and facilitates meetings.
