Abstracts data from medical records and enters them into information systems as appropriate. Provides guidance and direction to staff regarding performance on quality measures.

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited school of Nursing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
  • Registered Nurse licensed to work in the state of Arkansas
  • Sedentary Work (prolonged periods of sitting exerting up to 10 lbs. force occasionally)
  • Standing/Walking work (prolonged periods of standing or walking)
  • Medium Work (exert up to 50 lbs. force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly)
  • Wet and/or humid conditions
  • Moving mechanical parts
  • Extreme cold
  • Extreme heat
  • Toxic/Caustic/Chemical/Detergents
  • Blood borne pathogens
  • Dust/fumes/gases
  • Potential electric shock and/or radiation
  • Latex gloves
  • High pitched noises and/or loud work environment
  • Communicable disease
