Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited program of professional nursing
- Current and valid NJ Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer/patient-centric attitude
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in a psychiatric or behavioral health care facility
Responsibilities
- The Registered Nurse— Inpatient Behavioral Health, will direct and oversee the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
