About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This role involves caring for adult patients requiring intermediate-level nursing support following medical procedures, surgical interventions, or diagnostic treatments.

Requirements

• Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to provide age-specific and culturally competent patient care
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Adaptability and ability to work in a diverse healthcare environment
• Active RN License (State or Compact)
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Diploma in Nursing

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring and advanced cardiac care
• Deliver chest pain management with timely testing and follow-up
• Support post-procedural care for moderate to lower acuity patients
• Implement patient-centered, goal-directed care plans focused on rapid recovery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including procedural and care management departments
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, quality care, and patient satisfaction
