About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This unit provides intermediate-level care for adult patients recovering from medical procedures, surgical interventions, and diagnostic treatments.

Requirements

• Ability to deliver age-appropriate and culturally competent patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated clinical competency and commitment to professional growth
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
• Active RN License (State or Compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (AHA)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association (AHA)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients using telemetry and provide advanced cardiac care
• Deliver specialized care for chest pain patients, including rapid assessment and follow-up
• Provide post-procedural care for moderate to lower acuity patients
• Support recovery from moderate sedation and promote early ambulation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient care and discharge planning
• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction
