Daily, the Registered Nurse (RN), Professional Development: Will work onsite at Bluegrass Community Hospital (Versailles, KY) & Bourbon Community Hospital (Paris, KY) Coordinates educational activities and professional development within the department of nursing and hospital wide. Effectively plans and administers the technologies and resources used for educational purposes Ensures department stays focused on their important role in he continuum of care Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth. Requirements

  • Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree Nursing, required. Master’s Degree Nursing, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certifications: Valid current Kentucky RN state licensure Basic Life Support (BLS)Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)Handle With Care- obtained within 30 days of hire
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
