About The Position

Angels on Call is a premier licensed home care service agency located in Peekskill, NY. Currently serving New York State including Bronx County, Dutchess County, Orange County, Putnam County, Rockland County, Sullivan County, Ulster County and Westchester County. Seeking Registered Nurses to provide direct care services in the communities listed above. These placements are 1 on 1 and per diem with individuals in our local community who utilize the services of certified care professionals in various settings. These services can include direct care, medication pouring, facility support, injections, and beyond – personalized assistance to ensure a quality lived experience for our clients. Per diem work means that you will have complete flexibility over which shifts you accept, and right of refusal for any cases you are contacted for. Schedule: Per Diem Community Placements: varies

Requirements

• Must possess a valid NYS RN Certificate
• Proof of current flu vaccination
• Medical Malpractice Insurance of $1,000,000 incident / $6,000,000 policy
• Basic Life Support Certificate
• CPR Certificate
• Proof of MMR vaccination, including reference ranges
• Annual Physical from preceding 365 days, indicating fit for work and stamped / signed by physician
• Tuberculosis Status, either through: Quantiferon Blood Draw within 9 months 2 PPD Tests, one within 30 days and one within 365 days If Positive provide a chest X-ray from within 5 years or a doctors note
