About The Position

The registered nurse develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines. This position is working strictly in the N1 prep/recovery area and does not require on call or working in the invasive labs. Reading's Cath Lab offers a structural heart program and rapidly growing electrophysiology program. Over 1,500 procedures are performed each year in the Cath Lab alone. Aortic valve and complex peripheral vascular procedures are offered. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing OR - Certification in specialty by recognized accrediting agency OR enrolled in RN to BSN or RN to MSN program with minimum 6 credits completed within previous 12 months
  • Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
  • Must have RN experience
  • PA Registered Nurse License
