About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) - Preop/PACU position at Texas Health Resources is a PRN role focused on providing high-quality patient care in the Preoperative and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit. Requirements

• Nursing Diploma, Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse required.
• 1 year of OR, PACU, or procedural area experience strongly preferred.
• RN - Registered Nurse license required upon hire.
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 90 days.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification required within 90 days.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and possess positive interpersonal skills.
