Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent/ current med-surg experience
- Graduate of a National League for Nursing/American Association of Colleges for Nursing accredited program
- Current valid New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse License
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Recent acute care nursing experience.
- Mother baby experience
Responsibilities
- Promoting and restoring patients’ health by completing the nursing process
- collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
- providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends and families and supervising assigned team member.
