About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) Conifer Park is looking for PER DIEM Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in Glenville, NY. You will assess physical, psychosocial, self-care, environmental, and discharge planning needs of patients. Developing an individualized plan of care based on data obtained from all sources, while implementing clinical care, nursing and medical orders. May assume the duties of charge nurse on unit under the director of the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing.
Requirements
- NY State RN License
- Minimum 1-year experience in acute care/mental health nursing
- CPR Certification required
- Experience working with substance abuse preferred.
