About The Position
Summary: The Registered Nurse, using critical thinking skills, coordinates and provides safe, quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Assists in organizing patient care activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of Registered Nurse Program
- REGISTERED NURSE License
- BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) Certification
- ACLS, PALS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) within 180 days of hire/transfer effective date
- ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
- #LI-YQ1
Responsibilities
- Assesses physical, psychosocial, educational and growth and development needs of the patient.
- Develops a written plan of care using assessment data.
- Implements nursing care plan on assigned patients.
- Evaluates patient's response to interventions.
