The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and clinical coordination within our behavioral health units, delivering quality, compassionate care for child (ages 5-17), adult, geriatric and forensic patients. You'll work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. Our Behavioral Health Department is a 150-bed inpatient facility designed to foster healing, safety, and innovation. With a 1:6-1:8 nurse-to-patient ratio, our nurses provide specialized, compassionate care across children, adults, geriatrics, and forensic units. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN) Required, BSN Preferred.
  • Current unencumbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or compact state as applicable) Required.
  • BLS (CPR) - Required upon hire.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program - Required.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and de-escalation skills.
  • Calm, compassionate, and focused under pressure.
  • Team-oriented with a passion for patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

  • BSN Preferred
  • CPI or Handle With Care - Preferred.
  • ACLS - Preferred.
  • CRRN - Preferred.
  • 6+ months Med/Surg experience - Preferred.
  • Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience - Preferred.
  • Understanding of Trauma -informed care (Preferred).
