As a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit RN, you will work on our state-of-the-art unit to care for Cardiac and General Progressive Care patients. In this position, you will play an important part of a team dedicated to promoting patient comfort, and contribute to the overall plan of care, providing a variety of unit support functions which contribute to the efficient operation of the nursing unit and deliver exceptional patient care. The Progressive Care Unit team is currently seeking experienced PCU Nurses, but at this time will also accept application for those that have Telemetry, ICU, Home Health, Skilled Nursing, Medical/Surgical or any other acute or critical care background with a strong desire to learn and develop. This unit participates in our Progress In Place initiative, meaning the patients cared for on our units have a variety of medical conditions, and we serve both Medical Surgical and Progressive Care acuity patients on the same unit. We have Full-time Day (7am-7:30pm) shift available. You will work 3 / 12-hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends/holidays. You will have the opportunity utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage, and enjoy an 18%-night shift differential, and an additional $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.
