About The Position

In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing and determining the most suitable placement for patients based on their acuity, the availability of beds, and the specific services they require. This position is pivotal in ensuring that our patients receive the care they need in the most appropriate setting. RN needs to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and flexible, approachable, collaborative and always seeking to improve.

Requirements

• Nursing Degree.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
• Three years registered nurse experience in ICU, ED or patient placement.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the most suitable placement for patients based on their acuity.
• Evaluate the availability of beds and specific services required for patients.
• Ensure patients receive care in the most appropriate setting.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain a flexible and approachable demeanor.
• Collaborate with team members and seek continuous improvement.
