About The Position

Victorian Village, a Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Community, located in Homer Glen, IL is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) for Part Time for Day Shift! Victorian Village is a member of the Providence Life Services family where we are committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve! Day Shift Hours Available: 6:30AM - 3:00PM for Part Time Schedule. Every other weekend included.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) for the State of IL.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in long-term care is a plus but required.
• Must pass a physical, drug screen, 50-pound lift test, fingerprint for criminal background and successfully complete the orientation program.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that patients' needs are met within professional standards of practice according to physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Provides education and guidance to patients and their families on disease process and management.
• Help manage the CNAs in accordance with current rules, regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures established by Providence Life Services.
• Ensure adequate medical supplies are available to meet the medical needs of the patients.
