Assessment and identification of patient needs and implementation of appropriate interventions considering the needs of patient populations per department scope of service. Delegation of nursing care activities and provisions of supervision; establishes and maintains a plan for the delivery of nursing care; assures that nursing care interventions and activities are directed to resolve problems; and performs technical aspects of care competently.
