A Registered Nurse RN who excels in this roll will: Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Recovery/Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Meets the physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs of patients and families. Communicates effectively with all members of the healthcare team regarding changes in patient condition or response to treatment.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing Required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
  • Current RN to practice in the state
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS required within 1 year of hire.
