Requirements

• Current Utah or compact state Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
• Acute Care ICU or PACU experience.

Responsibilities
