Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, “community” is still the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and benefits initiatives. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients. And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The Registered Nurse manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner. The Registered Nurse demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation and management of resources. Outpatient Infusions is an ambulatory outpatient infusion center that supports the Community Regional Cancer Centers, Ambulatory Outpatient Physician Offices, Infectious Disease, Bariatric and Renal Offices and other infusion needs in the community. The RN working in Outpatient Infusions will be responsible for blood transfusions, IV hydration, IVIG Infusions, migraine cocktail infusions, Solumedrol infusions, rabies vaccine series, antibiotic series needed on an outpatient basis, and Methotrexate injections.
