Registered Nurse RN- Orthopedic Neurology and Spine
About The Position
As a RN on our Ortho Neuro unit, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. Provide a safe environment for patients and visitors. Utilize the chain of command when necessary to ensure patient well-being and appropriateness of care
Requirements
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
- Ventilator Management experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
