Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA) or three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner.
• Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources.
