Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)
• One year of RN experience (required)
• Six months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire)

Nice To Haves

• ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support acceptable in lieu of BLS

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Collect vital signs and administer IV medications
• Evaluate, update, and revise plan of care to achieve expected outcomes
• Administer medications safely according to state practice and policies
• Develop and perform patient care plans to improve outcomes
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
• Other duties as assigned
