About The Position
Lincoln Surgical Hospital is an innovative healthcare leader in providing exceptional surgical services for our patients. Our dedicated physicians and staff strive to achieve optimal surgical outcomes in a patient focused atmosphere. We are looking for exceptional people to provide extraordinary care as a Registered Nurse in our Operating Rooms. The professional in this position is directly responsible for coordinating intra-operative care of the patient and indirectly responsible through coordination and information sharing of both pre-and post-operative care. Hours: Full-time, 60 hours per pay period (2 weeks), 3, 10-hour shifts per week. Monday - Friday, specific hours to be discussed during the interview.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed to practice in the State of Nebraska. Current licensure from a compact state requires Nebraska to be declared as their primary state of residence within thirty (30) days and must also obtain a Nebraska temporary permit or nursing license.
- Current BLS required at the time of hire.
- Must obtain ACLS within ninety (90) days of hire.
- Previous OR experience preferred.
