Position: RN or LPN (contract) Location: Amarillo, TX Compensation: $27-40/hour Hours: Saturday-Sunday, 8am-4pm We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses (RN or LPN) in the Amarillo, TX area to administer patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Patients' needs include Saturday and Sunday from 8am-4pm (16 hours/week).

Requirements

• Active RN license (State or Compact)
• 1+ year of RN experience (clinical or home health)
• CPR certification
• TB test (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Follow physician-prescribed care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vitals
• Educate patients and families
• Collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, and Case Managers
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform various activities associated with daily living
