Position: RNs or LPNs (contract) Location: Amarillo, TX Compensation: $28-40/hour Hours: 12 hour shifts, 8am-8pm We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in the Amarillo, TX area to administer patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan for multiple patients. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patientâs residence. Patients' needs include 12 hour shifts, 8am-8pm, Wednesday - Monday.
Requirements
- Active RN license (State or Compact)
- 1+ year of RN experience (clinical or home health)
- CPR certification
- TB test (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Liability insurance
Responsibilities
- Follow physician-prescribed care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vitals
- Educate patients and families
- Collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, and Case Managers
- Document care accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform various activities associated with daily living
