About The Position

The BILH Care Center of Danvers is an outpatient surgery center located in Danvers, MA, featuring 4 operating rooms. Requirements

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
At least 1-2 years of work experience in an operating room environment required, or graduated from a Periop101 educational program.
Vaccination against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
CNOR preferred

Responsibilities

Completed assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
