About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) for a 13-week travel assignment in Mattoon, IL. Contract Details Days, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 10; 40 Hour Guarantee //OR will designate (1) late person per shift to stay late IF a case is running late Start Date: 4/13/2026 Contract: 13 weeks Location: Mattoon, IL Traveler Policy: Candidate's Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction) Nonbillable Hours: 16 hours Operating Room Nurses are responsible for performing at a competent level nursing practice and according to the standards of practice for the area. Key Responsibilities: Performs patient care and service through a multidisciplinary team approach. Functions to maintain an environment of caring and concern for patients and staff members according to principles of patient focused care and customer service. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Document accurately and comply with facility policies and protocols Maintain patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance Performs all aspects of the position in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors. Participates in performance improvement activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Compensation: Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible) Pay package details provided upon offer

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Circulating experience is required
  • Proficient in Ortho - specifically total joints, hip fx, arthroscopy, ORIFs, and shoulder scopes and replacements is required
  • Proficient with the following: General, Neuro, Vascular, Gyn, and Urology is required
  • Active American Heart Association BLS is required
  • Active American Heart Association ACLS is required
  • Active RN license (compact or state as required)
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
