About The Position

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced CVOR RN to join our open-heart surgical team. In this role, you will collaborate with surgeons and perioperative staff to ensure the highest level of care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures. This is a fast-paced and high-pressure environment requiring attention to detail and a strong sense of teamwork.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CVOR RN experience in an acute care setting required
• Florida RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (American Heart Association)

Nice To Haves

• CNOR certification and BSN degree

Responsibilities

• Perform both scrub and circulating duties for open-heart and cardiovascular cases
• Maintain sterile environments and adhere to surgical protocols
• Provide care before, during, and after surgery
• Monitor patients and adjust care plans based on condition changes
• Accurately document patient records and follow all regulatory procedures
• Participate in department on-call rotations
