Bring your passion to THR so we are Better + Together!! Work location: Texas Health Arlington Memorial: 800 West Randol Mill Road Arlington, Texas 76012. Work hours: Full Time (36 hours) Nights. Department highlights: Team based environment, Workplace culture 2nd to none, Great benefits/ 401k / PTO, 20-bed unit, Med/Surg and Telemetry overflow, 5:1 ratio, but practices team nursing so you are paired with another nurse and a PCT for 10 patients.

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma Nursing required OR
• Associate's Degree Nursing required OR
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
• 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
• Oncology or end-of-life experience preferred
• RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
• CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 days required
• ONS – Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certificate 18 months required
• OCN – Oncology Certified Nurse upon hire preferred
