Position Overview: P rovides professional nursing care within the Emergency Department (ED), coordinates care planning with other disciplines as required. When it comes to quality, we're 5 Star! Requirements

Current CA Registered Nurse License
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
Minimum of six (6) months of recent full-time acute care experience in an acute care hospital or the equivalent
Successful completion of Stroke/Sepsis Education competency within 6 months of hire

Nice To Haves

Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC)
Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Previous ER experience, and/or Six (6) months acute care experience
Knowledge of Det Norske Veritas (DNV) & College of American Pathologist (CAP) Requirements
