About The Position
TidalHealth is seeking a Nursing Home RN to join the Alice B. Tawes Nursing & Rehabilitation Center/Chesapeake Cove Assisted Living team. This position involves providing full-service long-term care, assisted living, and rehabilitation services to patients in Crisfield. The Nursing Home RN will care for patients affected by illnesses, injuries, or conditions requiring extended intermediate nursing care and rehabilitation services. Responsibilities include utilizing skills such as IV therapy, IV antibiotics, wound care, and medication administration. The RN will collaborate with the patient's full medical team to coordinate and implement care plans, while also providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
