About The Position
TidalHealth is seeking a Nursing Home RN to join the Alice B. Tawes Nursing & Rehabilitation Center/Chesapeake Cove Assisted Living. This facility provides full-service long-term care, assisted living, and rehabilitation services with a scenic view in Crisfield. The Nursing Home RN will care for patients with illnesses, injuries, or conditions requiring extended intermediate nursing care and rehabilitation services. Responsibilities include utilizing skills such as IV therapy, IV antibiotics, wound care, and medication administration. The RN will collaborate with the patient's medical team to coordinate and implement care plans, while also providing emotional support to patients and their families.
