About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation, in joint venture with Select Medical, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital located in Frisco, TX. This position involves working night shifts from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The compensation for this role depends on the candidate's years of experience, with an hourly pay range of $32.00 to $48.77. Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS required at hire

Nice To Haves

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
• Clinical experience

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Instruct and counsel patients and families
